Personal data collected by us includes name, job title, email and telephone number. This information is gathered by requests for inclusion and market research conducted by Westbury through publicly available sources including industry publications, social media platforms and personal contacts.
How we use this information
We use the database to invite the wine trade to attend various events organised by us on behalf of our clients which include producers, brand owners and generic marketing organisations worldwide.
Sharing data
Complete data is never shared with third parties. We share attendance lists with our clients following an event but this includes your name only.
Your data may be handled by suppliers in order to carry out activities (eg couriers) but this in no way is considered data transfer or disclosure.
